Our product is made of high chromium stainless steel which transmits excellent wearable and stronger fatigue fracture resistance due to optimized carbon-chromium ratio and refined grain elements. We have the technology to forge raw materials and a scientific early-stage heat treatment process. The hole of the die adopts Europen gun drilling process and vacuum heat treatment process which can reach Ra 0.4-1.6, and all the ring die has hardness from 52-55 HRC.
The product manifests high productivity, impact resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, accuracy and a long lifespan, and high-cost performance.
